As Assistant Director of Business Development - MICE & Corporate, we rely on you to:
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to target key corporate accounts and generate new business opportunities.
Identify, qualify, and secure corporate clients through direct sales, telemarketing, sales calls, and networking events.
Manage a portfolio of existing corporate clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and site inspections to showcase the hotel's offerings.
Prepare and deliver proposals and contracts that align with the hotel's pricing strategy and revenue goals.
Collaborate with Revenue Management and Marketing teams to develop promotions, packages, and campaigns targeted at the corporate segment.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and potential threats.
Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to enhance the hotel's visibility and develop professional relationships.
Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of service for corporate clients.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
We Are Looking For Someone Who
Has experience in Business Development / Sales & Marketing in an international 5* luxury property
Is self-driven, goal-oriented, willing to challenge the status quo
Upholds professional values, ethics, and integrity at all times
Has the ability to network, building strong & meaningful business relationships
Has experience in the local market (UAE as well as other GCC)
Communicates and writes with fluency in English
Has strong selling, interpersonal and communication skills
