We are seeking a driven and analytical Assistant Digital Performance Marketing Manager to support the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns. This role will assist in managing paid media efforts, improving performance metrics, and delivering data-driven results across various digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of performance marketing, digital analytics, and campaign management.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management
Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, cost-per-click (CPC), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
Manage performance tracking and reporting for paid media channels.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Collect and analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
Prepare performance reports and provide actionable recommendations to improve campaign efficiency.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align digital strategies with broader business goals.
