Job summary

Ideal candidates have 1–5 years of Quantity Surveying or cost management experience, strong numerical skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying or related field is required.
• Experience in pre/post-contract cost management and procurement processes.
• Strong numerical, analytical and communication skills; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare feasibility estimates, cost plans, budgets and benchmarking with precision.
• Develop and maintain project cost plans through design stages from concept to detail.
• Review design information for cost implications and support value engineering.
• Prepare cost reports and procurement packages in line with standards.
• Assist tender strategy development and evaluate contractor quotations.
• Support procurement activities and provide commercial recommendations.
