Job summary

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in cost management, a degree in Quantity Surveying, MRICS/AIQS preferred, UAE market experience, and strong leadership to mentor junior cost managers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in cost management, with a focus on pre-contract.
• MRICS or AIQS accreditation is highly preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-contract cost management for major projects.
• Provide cost advice, including value engineering and risk assessment.
• Prepare regular reports highlighting deviations from budget.
