Job description
  • Assist the head chef in preparing ingredients, ensuring they are fresh and properly stored to maintain quality.
  • Execute basic cooking techniques, such as chopping, frying, and boiling, under the supervision of senior kitchen staff.
  • Support inventory management by tracking stock levels and helping with the ordering of supplies as needed.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; culinary school graduates preferred for formal training.
  • Minimum 1-2 years’ work experience in hotel & restaurant etc.
