About The Role

As an Assistant in Compensation and Benefits, you will ensure the accurate and timely processing of compensation and benefits for Atlantis colleagues. You will support the C&B Specialist and C&B Manager by handling administrative tasks and coordinating departmental activities. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will help maintain smooth operations. Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Processing colleague compensation forms promptly, ensuring compliance with the change policy, and escalating discrepancies for management approval.
  • Liaising with Talent Acquisition and HR Operations for coordination of status changes and effective dates.
  • Compiling, consolidating, and distributing weekly and monthly reports for department heads.
  • Tracking and monitoring changes in HRIS systems against approved manning requests.
  • Preparing and maintaining organization charts based on approved changes.
About You

We seek candidates with previous administrative experience in HR or Finance functions. You should be comfortable working with numbers and large data sets, and proficient in Excel functions. Discretion and the ability to handle highly confidential information are essential. You should also demonstrate analytical thinking and strong communication skills.
