About Wynn Al Marjan Island

Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.

About The Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking an Assistant Casino Manager to join the resort’s Table Games team.

Support the Casino Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the Main Floor Table Games area. Ensure the integrity of games, compliance with regulatory standards, and delivery of exceptional guest service. Assist in managing personnel, optimizing table allocation, and maintaining operational efficiency. Contribute to training, supervision, and development of Gaming Team Members while upholding Wynn Al Marjan Island’s standards of excellence.

People Management And Training

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

  • Support the Casino Manager in achieving game integrity and service excellence goals
  • Assist in developing departmental training programs and updating operating procedures
  • Supervise and guide Gaming Team Members to ensure secure, accurate, and guest-focused table game operations
  • Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training of Gaming Team Members
  • Assist in managing rosters, breaks, and manpower allocation to meet business demand

Daily Operations

  • Assist in managing daily operations of the Main Floor Table Games area
  • Maintain the integrity of games, equipment, and playing cards
  • Ensure Gaming Team Members adhere to operational and regulatory standards
  • Respond to guest inquiries, disputes, and complaints professionally and promptly ensure accurate handling of the Card Track System (CTS) in coordination with the Card Room
  • Prepare operational reports and updates for the Casino Manager

Company And Department Responsibilities

  • Report daily progress to the Director of Table Games
  • Encourage good relationships, promote team spirit, and ensure effective two-way and multicultural communication
  • Adherent to company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct
  • Remain well-mannered and well-groomed as per department and company standards
  • Follow health and safety standards and strive for continuous improvement to avoid hazards

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in table games or casino operations
  • Supervisory experience and familiarity with Card Track System (CTS) are an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office and casino operations systems
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable, confident, and professional demeanor
  • High attention to detail and strong observational skills
  • Team-oriented and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
