Mode Search is seeking an experienced Assistant Boutique Manager for its Dubai Mall boutique. This leadership role blends high-touch client engagement with commercial oversight, team development, and world-class execution.

Based in Dubai Mall, you will work closely with the Boutique Director to drive performance while maintaining exceptional service standards. You will coach the team on clienteling and relationship-building, nurture relationships with HNW clients, and ensure the boutique

Competenze

• Experience in an Assistant Boutique Manager or senior supervisory role within luxury retail.
• Experience in a low-traffic, high-touch luxury jewellery or watches environment is highly desirable.
• Strong clienteling experience, especially appointment-based and relationship-led selling.
• Proven ability to coach and develop teams beyond operational management.
• Strong commercial instincts with the ability to drive boutique performance.
• Exceptional attention to detail and consistently high standards of execution.
• Collaborative leadership style aligned with the Boutique Director.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.

Mode Search is supporting a fine jewellery brand with the search for an experienced Assistant Boutique Manager to join its Dubai Mall boutique. This is a key leadership appointment for someone who can combine strong clienteling expertise with commercial awareness, team development and consistently high standards of execution.

Based in Dubai Mall, this is a boutique-based role working closely with the Boutique Manager to support the overall commercial and operational performance of the store. The successful candidate will remain highly client-facing while helping to develop the team, strengthen client relationships and elevate the overall performance of the boutique.

The Role

• Support the Boutique Director with the day-to-day leadership and commercial performance of the boutique.
• Remain actively client-facing, contributing personally to sales and the development of key client relationships.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with HNW and VIC clients through a highly personalised, appointment-led approach.
• Coach and develop the team on clienteling, relationship building and commercial performance.
• Support the creation of a high-performance culture with a strong focus on service, execution and client experience.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen client engagement and drive sustainable commercial growth.
• Maintain exceptional standards across all aspects of boutique presentation, service and execution.
• Work in close partnership with the Boutique Director to help raise overall team capability and performance.
• Support operational excellence while ensuring the role remains strongly focused on client development and commercial impact.

Requirements

• Previous experience in an Assistant Boutique Manager, senior supervisory or comparable leadership role within luxury retail.
• Experience within a low-traffic, high-touch luxury jewellery or watches environment is highly desirable.
• Strong clienteling experience, particularly within appointment-based and relationship-led selling.
• Established credibility with HNW and VIC clients.
• Strong personal sales capability with the confidence to remain actively involved in client development.
• Proven ability to coach and develop teams beyond operational management.
• Strong commercial instincts with a clear understanding of how to drive boutique performance.
• Exceptional attention to detail and consistently high standards of execution.
• Mature and collaborative leadership style, with the ability to work effectively alongside the Boutique Director.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential.
