Main Purpose
Your mission will be to support the Boutique Manager in creating a unique universe within the boutique that delivers a memorable client experience and a fulfilling employee experience. You will actively participate in maintaining high operational standards and developing a strong clienteling approach to drive ambitious and sustainable business results.
Key responsibilities
Business development:
- Contribute to enhancing the Brand’s reputation and desirability in the market by participating in networking activities outside the Boutique, including client events.
- Initiate Boutique events and activities through partnerships to boost sales and traffic.
- Stay informed about the local business environment and its impact on sales, including competitors' commercial activities.
Clienteling:
- Collaborate with the boutique team to drive and monitor all CRM and clienteling initiatives.
- Lead by example and develop individual relationships with clients and prospects.
- Partner with Management to develop targeted action plans for clients and prospects, driving the business forward.
Boutique performance and operations management:
- Achieve quantitative and qualitative targets aligned with Brand objectives.
- Demonstrate sales leadership and assist the Boutique Manager in setting performance targets with relevant KPIs.
- Oversee and prepare weekly, monthly, and annual reports, providing strategic analysis and action plans to meet and exceed goals.
- Prepare regular client analysis reports, sharing insights on local trends with the Boutique Manager.
- Develop and share in-depth knowledge of the boutique business.
- Maintain high standards of presentation and client service.
- Drive changes and ensure the adoption of new tools and services.
- Manage boutique operations in compliance with Brand and group policies.
- Build strong partnerships with Richemont local Finance, Audit, and Security teams.
- Ensure all Brand and Richemont procedures are followed to enable the team to perform at their best.
Represent Brand identity - Act as a Maison ambassador
- Act as a Brand ambassador at meetings, events, and functions, maintaining the integrity of its image with clients and the retail community.
- Participate in PR events alongside the Boutique Manager to promote and enhance the boutique's presence.
- Adhere passionately to the values and presentation rituals established by the Maison.
Team Management & People Development
- Assist the Boutique Manager in coaching, training, motivating, and developing the sales team.
- Lead by example with professionalism at all times.
- Build positive relationships with team members by understanding and addressing individual motivations and needs.
- Conduct motivational daily briefings.
