Job description

Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of their store. They are tasked with ensuring that everything is running smoothly and that customers have a positive experience when they visit. The Boutique Manager manages the flow of inventory into and out of the store.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Managing the boutique's inventory, pricing, and display, ensuring they are up to date with the latest trends.
  • Scheduling employees, including hiring, training, and supervising them.
  • Developing relationships with vendors who sell merchandise for the store.
  • Tracking customer preferences, needs, and buying habits to identify new products that will appeal to shoppers.
  • Handling all aspects of running a retail store, including merchandising, staff hiring and training, and maintaining inventory levels.
  • Managing the store's accounting operations, including tracking sales and recording transactions.
  • Building relationships with community members to promote the store through events or other means.
  • Developing marketing strategies, including advertising campaigns and social media outreach.

Job Requirements:
