Job Summary
Main Duties/Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the team has good knowledge of food and beverage and take responsibility for delivering this knowledge to guests.
- Develop strategies to ensure staff are correctly managed and address staff issues effectively.
- Arrange and attend daily staff meetings.
- Cater to small groups of VIP guests according to Palazzo Versace standards.
- Ensure the outlet operates efficiently and profitably while maintaining standards in food, service, health & safety, and reputation.
- Create and execute plans for department sales, profit, and staff development.
- Be aware of the outlet's up-selling strategy and communicate it to relevant staff.
- Handle guest complaints according to Palazzo Versace standards and escalate to the Manager when appropriate.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field is desirable.
- 4-5 years of Food and Beverage experience.
- Minimum of 2 years in a similar role in a 5-star international environment.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Additional languages such as Russian, Chinese, French, Italian, or German are highly regarded.
- Bar experience is essential.
- Proficiency in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience working in a multicultural environment.
- Organized and well-planned.
- Able to work efficiently and maintain a positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of financial aspects of outlet operations.
