Job Summary

Main Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that the team has good knowledge of food and beverage and take responsibility for delivering this knowledge to guests.
  • Develop strategies to ensure staff are correctly managed and address staff issues effectively.
  • Arrange and attend daily staff meetings.
  • Cater to small groups of VIP guests according to Palazzo Versace standards.
  • Ensure the outlet operates efficiently and profitably while maintaining standards in food, service, health & safety, and reputation.
  • Create and execute plans for department sales, profit, and staff development.
  • Be aware of the outlet's up-selling strategy and communicate it to relevant staff.
  • Handle guest complaints according to Palazzo Versace standards and escalate to the Manager when appropriate.
Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field is desirable.
  • 4-5 years of Food and Beverage experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years in a similar role in a 5-star international environment.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Additional languages such as Russian, Chinese, French, Italian, or German are highly regarded.
  • Bar experience is essential.
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience working in a multicultural environment.
  • Organized and well-planned.
  • Able to work efficiently and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Basic knowledge of financial aspects of outlet operations.
