Job Description

  • Mastery of Cash Handling: Proven expertise in managing cash collection, deposits, and daily reconciliation. Familiarity with reporting cash balances to management and handling multiple Companies
  • Robust Student Coordination Skills: Strong background in engaging with students, issuing reminders, receipts, invoices, and addressing queries both promptly and professionally.
  • Accounting Proficiency: Hands-on experience with general ledger entries, bank receipt and payment entries, and end-to-end support of pre-accounting work such as document verification and assisting with reconciliations.
  • Database and System Management: Skilled at maintaining and updating student and financial databases. Proficient in using Zoho and other finance management software, ensuring up-to-date and accurate recordkeeping.
  • Accounting Support: Supporting Accounting and finance department in day to day accounting and finance work
