Job summary

Julphar is seeking a dedicated HVAC technician to support maintenance and operation of HVAC systems across cleanrooms and production facilities in the UAE. The role focuses on preventive and corrective maintenance, monitoring parameters, and ensuring GMP compliance.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma/technical qualification in Mechanical or HVAC, 1–3 years of AC/HVAC maintenance experience, and good teamwork and communication skills; shift work may be required.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Technical qualification in Mechanical or HVAC field.
• 1–3 years of experience in AC/HVAC maintenance.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or cleanroom facilities is preferred.
• Basic understanding of HVAC systems and tools.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts if required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in filter replacement, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting.

• Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities
• Monitor HVAC parameters and report abnormalities
• Assist in filter replacement, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting
• Support cleanroom environmental compliance and GMP requirements
• Coordinate with supervisors and maintenance teams during shutdowns and maintenance activities
• Follow safety and pharmaceutical GMP procedures at all times

Education & Experience:

• Diploma / Technical qualification in Mechanical or HVAC field
• 1–3 years of experience in AC/HVAC maintenance
• Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or cleanroom facilities is preferred
