Job summary

Julphar in Ras Al Khaimah seeks an HVAC technician to support operations in cleanrooms and production facilities. You will assist in maintaining and operating HVAC systems, AHUs, FCUs, exhaust systems and chilled water loops, while ensuring GMP compliance and safety.

Qualifications

• Diploma or technical qualification in Mechanical or HVAC field.
• 1–3 years of experience in AC/HVAC maintenance.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare or cleanroom facilities preferred.
• Basic understanding of HVAC systems and tools.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts if required.

Job Purpose

The position will support HVAC operations, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and compliance activities across cleanrooms and production facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance and operation of HVAC systems, AHUs, FCUs, exhaust systems, and chilled water systems
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities
• Monitor HVAC parameters and report abnormalities
• Assist in filter replacement, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting
• Support cleanroom environmental compliance and GMP requirements

Education & Experience

• Diploma / Technical qualification in Mechanical or HVAC field
• 1–3 years of experience in AC/HVAC maintenance
