Star Services LLC is a leading provider of professional services in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Asset & Property Management Expert to join our team on a fulltime basis. As an Asset & Property Management Expert, you will be responsible for developing and implementing asset management strategies, ensuring compliance with federal standards, overseeing digital systems, and managing risk for our clients.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field along with relevant certifications such as IAM, CPM, and PMP. Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is also required, as well as expertise in Oracle Financial.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement asset management strategies for our clients.
2. Ensure compliance with federal standards and regulations.
3. Oversee digital systems and ensure proper maintenance and functionality.
4. Manage risk and identify potential issues or challenges.
5. Conduct regular audits and evaluations to assess the performance of assets and properties.
6. Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
7. Prepare reports and presentations on asset management performance and recommendations for improvement.
8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in asset management.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
2. Relevant certifications such as IAM, CPM, and PMP.
3. Minimum of 12 years of experience in asset and property management.
4. Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English.
5. Expertise in Oracle Financial.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful asset management strategies.
9. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
10. Knowledge of DIFC regulations and procedures is a plus.
