Job Duties and Qualifications

1. Evaluation and Management: Accountable for assessing and managing activities to appraise, develop, and produce oil and gas fields, including the full integrated production system from reservoir performance to surface facilities.
2. Understanding of Value Drivers: Must have a broad understanding of risks, uncertainties, and value drivers across the entire chain from field assessment to hydrocarbon monetization.
3. Collaboration Skills: Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams, subject matter experts, and clients to maximize asset value and influence outcomes positively.
4. Leadership and Project Lifecycle Management: Individual contributor with potential to lead multidisciplinary asset teams through all project phases: screening, evaluation, approval, planning, deployment, execution, operation, and close-out.
5. Financial Responsibility: Responsible for the financial performance (P/L) of assets through planning, resource management, decision-making, and application of value-adding processes and technologies. Contributes to value creation via cost optimization, innovation, increased production, and improved recovery.
6. Client Interface and Quality Assurance: Acts as the primary interface with partners for project operations and ensures the technical quality of work, including contract administration.
7. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering with at least 15 years of diverse E&P industry experience, including 5 years with an operator. Licensed/chartered professional engineer preferred. Arabic language skills are a plus.
