Job summary

Dicetek LLC is hiring an Asset Management Specialist in Dubai to support government and enterprise asset tracking operations. This hands-on role focuses on managing assets through the GRP system, ensuring compliance and accurate tracking and reporting.

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of two years of experience with GRP modules. You will collaborate with technical support teams and oversee asset management processes in a stable, compliance-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of hands-on experience using GRP asset-related modules.
• Strong familiarity with Government Resource Planning (GRP) Assets Track system.
• Good understanding of asset lifecycle management and maintenance processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage asset-related functions within the GRP system.
• Ensure accurate tracking of assets across their full lifecycle.
• Support periodic and annual inventory counts and reconciliation.

Skills

Hands-on experience using GRP asset-related modules

Familiarity with Government Resource Planning (GRP) Assets Track system

Experience with integrated asset tracking platforms such as SPAN

Understanding of asset lifecycle management

Knowledge of expired asset tracking and valuation procedures

Ability to coordinate effectively with technical support teams
