Job description

Asset Management Specialist Role

To work as an Asset Management specialist within the ME delivery team.

Be responsible for understanding and communicating the AMCL Asset Management value proposition and related services / product offering.

Support the delivery of the ME business plan, focusing on Asset Management revenue and continuous improvement activities.

Develop and communicate Asset Information service offerings and lead bid activities.

Consult with clients in developing their Asset Management capabilities, focusing on Asset Information and Asset Information Systems.

Lead and manage key accounts and relationships to identify new business opportunities.

Guide and support the ME team on Asset Information projects.

Lead and manage complex project deliveries, including workshops, reports, and presentations.

Apply expertise in change, risk, and value management.

Provide internal reviews and challenge to team deliverables and develop effective communication strategies for clients.

Qualifications and Competencies

Desired Competencies include:

  • 3-5 years of Asset Management consulting and implementation experience, including ISO 55000.
  • Development of Asset Information Strategies, Standards, and Systems requirements.
  • Knowledge of IT applications like ERP, EAM, SCADA/IoT, and Analytics solutions.
  • Familiarity with enterprise IT applications such as Maximo, Infor, SAP, Oracle, Trapeze.
  • Understanding of BIM and digital Information Management processes.
  • Knowledge of asset management standards like ISO 55001, PAS1192, ISO 14224.
  • Experience in management consultancy, IT/Digital, or Engineering within infrastructure sectors.
  • Experience with asset lifecycle phases and sectors like transportation, energy, water, healthcare, etc.
  • Stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
  • Understanding of organizational transformation and a customer-centric approach.
