Job summary

A leading construction company in Dubai is seeking a professional to manage the asset data lifecycle across all project types. The role involves ensuring compliance with asset information standards and supporting various project teams in infrastructure asset management, particularly within rail and metro projects.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of asset information standards (e.g. ISO 19650-3, ISO 55000, COBie).
• Strong experience in infrastructure asset management, ideally in rail or metro projects.
• Advanced knowledge of data reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end asset data lifecycle across all asset types and sub-systems.
• Act as the main point of contact for asset data-related queries across design, construction, and O&M teams.
• Support the verification and acceptance of asset data deliverables prior to system handover.

Job description

• Oversee the end-to-end asset data lifecycle across all asset types and sub-systems.
• Ensure all asset data aligns with the project’s agreed schemas (e.g. COBie, MMS templates).
• Act as the main point of contact for asset data-related queries across design, construction, and O&M teams.
• Coordinate progressive asset data submissions from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Support the verification and acceptance of asset data deliverables prior to system handover.
• Drive resolution of missing, inconsistent, or invalid asset data.
• Work closely with BIM, GIS, and Document Control teams to align model and non-model asset information.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Deep understanding of asset information standards (e.g. ISO 19650-3, ISO 55000, COBie).
• Strong experience in infrastructure asset management, ideally in rail or metro projects.
• Advanced knowledge of data reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL, Excel).
• Familiarity with MMS (Maximo or similar), BIM tools, and data validation techniques.
