Role Summary:
Support loss reduction and risk mitigation by conducting audits, investigations, and training, while ensuring compliance with company policies and reporting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in reducing loss and enforcing LP best practices.
• Plan and conduct store audits; report findings promptly.
• Support store risk classification and maintain recovery databases.
• Execute investigations (evidence collection, interviews, reporting).
• Perform spot checks (cash/safe/locker) for compliance.
• Deliver in-store training on loss prevention.
• Respond to incidents needing LP support.
• Collaborate with inventory teams on stock-take reviews.
• Drive cost-saving and revenue enhancement projects.
• Conduct asset verifications and support legal investigations.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

• 5+ years in Loss Prevention within large retail setups.
• Strong auditing, investigative, and analytical skills.
