The ideal candidate has a technical diploma in a mechanical field, up to 2 years of hands-on AMO experience, and strong English communication skills. Hands-on with hand tools and precision measuring equipment is essential.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting, testing, assembling, disassembling and visual inspection of electro-mechanical assemblies.
• Review procedures for assembly, disassembly and test verification accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to provide technical guidance and troubleshooting knowledge.
• Follow and record internal HSE policies and procedures to ensure a safe and compliant environment.

The role is responsible for maintenance, assembly, and manufacturing. You will provide specialist support in a variety of technical duties to support the maintenance and reliability initiatives of the organization. You will work on a range of tools and instrumentation within the limit of proven competence.

As an ARMO Mechanic, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting with activities to ensure repairs, scheduled and preventive maintenance on equipment are completed on-time and safely.
• Troubleshooting, testing, assembling, disassembling and performing visual inspection of electro-mechanical assemblies.
• Reviewing procedures for assembly, disassembly and test verification accuracy.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and customers to provide technical guidance and troubleshooting knowledge.
• Following and recording internal HSE policies and procedures to ensure a safe and compliant environment.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a technical diploma in a mechanical related field
• Have maximum of 2 years hands on experience in AMO.
• Have maintenance related knowledge experience in mechanical field within oil and gas industry preferred
• Display an advanced mechanical aptitude and experience with general hand tools and precision measuring equipment
• Demonstrate the ability to identify problems and be able to develop solutions
• Have good English communication skills, both spoken and written
