Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in assembly or pressure testing.
  • Knowledge of API 6A wellhead products is an advantage.

Job Purpose
  • Support daily operations by performing assembly and testing of Surface Wellheads & Trees as well as PCS jobs.
Job Description
  • Adhere to all work processes and testing procedures. Prepare and update procedures throughout the assembly and FAT process. Support and carry out assembly/testing activities across work cells.
  • Maintain and store all records as per procedures and requirements. Prepare and conduct final inspection of products.
  • Operate and handle assembly & test equipment (pneumatic, electrical & hydraulic tools and pumps, DAQ, automated systems & HPU). Use laptops, tablets, and other electronic devices for daily activities.
  • Understand work instructions, procedures, and engineering blueprints. Mechanical experience is beneficial.
  • Accurately input labor hours into Labor Tracking System (MES & Inteserv).
You Are Meant For This Job If
  • You hold a trade certificate or diploma in Mechanical, Fitting, Automotive, or related fields.
  • You have 1-2 years of experience in assembly or pressure testing and a strong desire for continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge of API 6A wellhead products is an advantage.
  • You are physically fit and have no major medical conditions.
  • You can rotate shifts on a monthly basis.
