Job summary

Teamware Solutions in Dubai, UAE, seeks an experienced eInvoicing ASP Support Specialist to ensure secure, compliant invoice exchange across ERP, ASP, and Peppol networks. The role covers ASP/eInvoicing components, Peppol AS4, UBL validation, and API-based integrations with SAP S/4HANA, D365, and Oracle EBS, plus onboarding and production support.

Strong knowledge of UAE eInvoicing, security, and CI/CD is required; you will work with cross-functional teams to maintain runbooks and resolve

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development with 3+ years in eInvoicing.
• Hands-on Peppol/invoice exchange experience.
• Experience with production platforms, troubleshooting, and RCA.
• Experience with an eInvoicing ASP, Peppol AP, ERP or integration partner.
• Knowledge of UAE eInvoicing and security/compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support and enhance ASP/eInvoicing components, workflows, validations, onboarding utilities, REST APIs, microservices, and middleware.
• Implement and support Peppol connectivity, including AS4, SMP/SML, document exchange, UBL/BIS validation, and transaction processing.
• Provide L2/L3 production support, monitoring, log/API analysis, troubleshooting, RCA, and incident resolution.
• Support customer onboarding, ERP integration, testing/certification, reconciliation, releases, and production deployment.
• Integrate SAP S/4 HANA, Microsoft D365, Oracle EBS/Fusion, and other ERP systems using APIs, webhooks, queues, middleware, and secure file exchange.
• Develop mappings between ERP structures, Peppol BIS/UBL, and UAE TDD.
• Ensure compliance with UAE eInvoicing, Peppol, security, digital signature, and data-protection requirements.
• Automate invoice processing, monitoring, reconciliation, reporting, retry, and error handling.
• Maintain technical/API documentation and runbooks; support CI/CD, code reviews, change, problem, and release management.
• Coordinate with customers, ERP teams, Access Points, partners, and regulatory stakeholders with strong communication and stakeholder-management skills

eInvoicing ASP Support Specialist

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced eInvoicing ASP Support Specialist with expertise in ASP operations, Peppol/eInvoicing, development, ERP integration, customer onboarding, and L2/L3 production support. The role requires strong knowledge of Peppol, AS4, SMP/SML, UAE eInvoicing/TDD, APIs and middleware to ensure secure, reliable, and compliant invoice exchange across ERP, ASP, Peppol, and regulatory systems.

Technical Skills

Experience & Qualifications

• 5+ years software development experience, including 3+ years in eInvoicing, with hands-on Peppol/invoice exchange experience.
• Experience supporting business-critical production platforms, troubleshooting integrations, and performing RCA.
• Experience with an eInvoicing ASP, Peppol Access Point, ERP or integration partner preferred.
• Hands-on ERP integration experience with SAP, D365, Oracle or similar platforms.
• UAE eInvoicing/Peppol exposure; Saudi ZATCA knowledge is an advantage.
• Good understanding of integration architecture, security, data protection, CI/CD, and production operations.
