Kalam, a Future Group company, is seeking American Sign Language (ASL) interpreters for 100% remote work worldwide. You will bridge communication between Deaf and hearing individuals across healthcare, legal, business, and community settings, delivering real-time interpretation with accuracy and neutrality.

Ideal candidates have strong ASL skills, professional conduct, and the ability to handle diverse call types.

This role is ideal for professionals who demonstrate strong ASL communication skills, professionalism, neutrality, and the ability to handle real-time conversations with confidence and accuracy.

Requirements

Language Skills & Core Requirements

• Native or highly proficient American Sign Language (ASL) user with fluent English.
  
• Previous interpreting experience or relevant ASL certification is preferred.
  
• Strong understanding of medical or community-related terminology is a plus.
  
• High school diploma or higher.
  
• Excellent listening, memory, note-taking, and communication skills.
  
• High emotional intelligence, cultural awareness, and professional conduct.
