Job summary
Restore Talent Solutions is seeking an Aruba Wireless Engineer (L2/L3) in Dubai to deliver high-quality wireless solutions for enterprise and banking clients. The role covers installation, configuration, and rectification of Aruba Wireless systems under AMC and project-based deployments.
Key responsibilities include documenting plans and handover reports, integrating with third-party systems, and providing specialist L2/L3 support. Prior Ar uba experience and certifications are advantageous.
Qualifications
- Experience of 4+ years with Aruba solutions, wifi and cloud services preferred.
- Solid understanding of IEEE WLAN standards.
- Hands-on with Aruba access points and mobility controllers.
- Basic familiarity with switches and NAC within an ecosystem.
- Exposure to AMC service delivery and project environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and issue resolution skills.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Aruba wireless networks.
- Document typologies, implementation plans, and run books.
- Integrate wireless with third-party deployments for projects.
- Perform AMC tasks: preventive maintenance and upgrades.
- Provide L2/L3 support for wireless/network issues.
- Participate in rollouts, migrations, and upgrades.
- Prepare handover reports and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with vendor support for complex issues.
