Job summary

restore-talent is seeking an Aruba Wireless Engineer (L2/L3) to deliver high-quality Wireless solutions for enterprise and banking clients in Dubai. The role covers AMC and project deployments, focusing on installation, configuration, and rectification of Aruba Wireless systems.

You will install, configure, and maintain Aruba wireless networks, develop run books and handover documents, integrate with third‑party systems, perform AMC tasks, provide L2/L3 support, participate in project roll‑outs,

Qualifications

More than 4 years of experience with Aruba solutions, preferably Wi‑Fi and Cloud services.
Strong understanding of IEEE standards for Wi‑Fi protocols.
Hands‑on experience with Aruba access points and mobility controllers.
Basic understanding of switches and NAC solutions as part of the ecosystem.
Exposure to AMC service delivery and project environments.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills for closing issues.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain Aruba wireless networks.
Develop and document typologies, implementation plans, Run books, and as‑built handover documents.
Integrate Wireless with third‑party integrations for deployments.
Perform AMC‑related tasks: preventive maintenance, firmware upgrades, and troubleshooting.
Provide L2/L3‑level support for wireless/network issues.
Participate in project roll‑outs, migrations, and infrastructure upgrades.
Prepare technical documentation and configuration handover reports.
Coordinate with principal vendor support for complex issue resolution.
