Job Summary:

We are seeking an innovative and results-driven AI Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions to solve business challenges and enhance operational efficiency. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to build intelligent systems using the latest AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and algorithms for classification, prediction, NLP, computer vision, or recommendation systems.
• Analyse large, complex datasets to extract insights and build data-driven models.
• Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, and domain experts to integrate AI solutions into products and services.
• Stay up to date with the latest AI research and technologies and assess their potential business applications.
• Develop prototypes and proof-of-concept solutions to demonstrate the feasibility of AI-driven ideas.
• Optimize and maintain AI models to ensure performance, accuracy, and scalability.
• Document AI systems, workflows, and processes for reproducibility and team collaboration.
• Ensure ethical AI practices and model transparency, including bias detection and explain ability.

Tasks:

• Analyse large datasets to extract meaningful insights and patterns that can inform AI model development.
• Develop and implement machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and other AI techniques.
• Train and validate AI models using diverse datasets to ensure robustness and generalizability.
• Collaborate with data engineers to Create and maintain documentation for AI models, algorithms, and workflows.
• Conduct experiments to test and compare the effectiveness of different AI approaches.
• Preprocess and clean data for AI models.
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to AI systems.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including technical and non-technical audiences.
• Research and stay updated on the latest AI and machine learning technology advancements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience as an AI Specialist, Data Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, or similar role in AI development.
• Solid experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Py Torch, or Scikit-learn.
• Proficient in programming languages like Python, R, or Java.
• Experience with data processing libraries and tools (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, SQL, Spark).
• Strong understanding of deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), or computer vision techniques.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and ML Ops tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ph.D. in a relevant field.
• Experience in deploying AI models in production environments.
• Knowledge of reinforcement learning or generative models (e.g., GANs, transformers).
• Experience with AI ethics, fairness, and interpretability frameworks.
