Job summary

Hire Rightt - Executive Search & HR Advisory in Dubai, UAE invites an experienced Artificial Intelligence Engineer to design and deploy production-grade AI systems and scalable back-end services. You will build agentic workflows for chat, search, and RAG use cases, leveraging LangChain, LangGraph, and LangSmith for robust development and evaluation.

You will develop and optimize RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector databases while applying prompt engineering and agent testing methodologies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering experience with strong Python/backend skills.
• 1–2+ years of hands-on AI/ML production experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Python and software engineering best practices, with a focus on clean, maintainable, and production-quality code.
• Solid experience with NLP, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings.
