Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on AI engineering experience.

• Familiar with MLOps/LLMOps and responsible AI practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI solutions using Python, LLMs, Generative AI, and agent frameworks.
• Build and deploy AI agents, agentic workflows, chatbots, and automation.
• Design and execute comprehensive AI testing strategies for models, LLMs, and agents.
• Perform model validation, prompt testing, performance, security, and bias testing.
• Establish automated testing frameworks, metrics, and monitoring for AI apps.
• Implement MLOps/LLMOps for deployment, testing, and governance.
• Collaborate with business and tech teams to deliver airline domain AI solutions.
