Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical AI Analyst to join our growing team. The AI Analyst will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between raw data, advanced AI models, and actionable business insights. This individual will be responsible for analyzing AI model performance, identifying trends, developing visualizations, and collaborating with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to optimize AI solutions and drive strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- AI Model Performance Analysis: Monitor, evaluate, and report on the performance of AI and machine learning models, identifying anomalies, biases, and areas for improvement.
- Data Analysis & Exploration: Conduct in-depth analysis of large datasets to uncover insights, prepare data for model training, and assess data quality.
- Insight Generation: Translate complex analytical findings into clear, concise, and actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders, supported by compelling visualizations.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with Data Scientists, Machine Learning Engineers, Product Managers, and business units to understand requirements, define metrics, and communicate results effectively.
- Dashboard & Reporting Development: Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to AI initiatives.
- Problem Identification: Proactively identify business problems and opportunities that can be addressed or enhanced through AI solutions.
- A/B Testing & Experimentation: Assist in designing and analyzing A/B tests and other experiments to evaluate the impact of AI model changes and new features.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for data processes, model performance, and analytical methodologies.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and data analytics tools and techniques.
Qualifications: Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- 2+ years of experience in a data analyst, business intelligence, or similar analytical role, with exposure to AI/ML concepts.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Matplotlib, Seaborn).
- Solid understanding of statistical concepts and their application in data analysis.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis, scripting, and statistical modeling.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., OCI, AWS, Azure, GCP) and their data/ML services.
- Understanding of machine learning algorithms (e.g., regression, classification, clustering) and their evaluation metrics.
- Experience working in an agile development environment.
