• Experience delivering high school art curriculum (American or IB) preferred.
• Ability to inspire confident, curious learners in a diverse setting.

Responsabilités

• Deliver engaging and interactive Art lessons to high school students, following the school's curriculum and educational standards.
• Develop and implement creative and effective teaching strategies to inspire a love for Art and foster critical thinking skills.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and supportive learning environment.
• Ensure continuity in the delivery of curriculum content.
• Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture that encourages curiosity and exploration.
• Participate in parent-teacher conferences and maintain open communication with parents regarding student progress.
• Contribute to the wider life of the school through enrichment opportunities and professional learning.

Position Overview

We are welcoming expressions of interest from outstanding High School Art Teachers interested in joining Dubai American Academy from August 2027.
