Job summary

Rayqube in Dubai is seeking a creative and technical lead for the 3D content of its immersive applications. You will review briefs, brand guidelines, and lead a team of 3D designers to deliver high quality, performant experiences alongside the programming team.

The role requires 3-5 years as a 3D Artist or Technical Artist, expert in Unity URP/HDRP, Shader Graph and VFX Graph, plus proficiency in Blender, Substance Painter, and Adobe Creative tools.

Qualifications

• 3-5 yrs as a 3D Artist or a Technical Artist utilizing both Blender and Unity.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between project managers and your design team to ensure proper communication pipelines.
• Go through briefs and brand guidelines to understand the client s brand.

• Lead a team of 3D designers creating design standards file standards and organizing the company s content library.
• Design high quality and performant 3D content that allows interactivity.
