ChillBase in Dubai is looking for an experienced Art Director to lead the artistic vision for the mobile game OneState. The role involves shaping art strategies, managing a talented team, ensuring AAA quality, and collaborating with various stakeholders.

• Shaping and evolving the project’s art strategy together with the CCO.
• Building an autonomous art structure including roles, ownership, standards, and processes.
• Ensuring AAA level quality and visual consistency across the product.
• Making key visual decisions and defending them at the producer and director level.
• Developing head‑level roles and growing strong leaders within the art team.
• Managing the balance between quality, timelines, cost, and value.

Skills
