An established industry player is seeking a motivated Area Sales Manager to lead sales efforts for security products in the Middle East. This role involves developing strategic plans to enhance sales through existing distributor channels and opening new accounts. What you will do
The Area Sales Manager is a key role reporting directly to the Regional Sales Director of Middle East. You will be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and will be part of JCI Security Products (Access Control CCTV Systems) team to improve JCI market position. You will be primarily focused on existing distributor channels to develop a strategic plan to increase their sales volume and open new accounts. You will manage indirect sales channels, promote business growth, and increase sales opportunities to maximize revenue by collaborating with the sales team, contractors, consultants, and end users.

How you will do it
As an Area Sales Manager of Security products, you will prepare frequent reports by collecting quantitative information to analyze market trends, competitive matrix, product gaps vs market demands, and propose a growth action plan for each channel in the territory. You'll be in the field to find new channels, visit and develop existing channels, train our distributors, build relationships, and support their marketing activities to maximize margins while increasing market share. You will develop and deliver product demonstrations that meet technical and commercial requirements of the business and partners. You will build competitive sales strategies, support sales activities, develop relationships, and follow up on new business opportunities with key partners and customers.
