Area Sales Manager - FM

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Area Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Facilities Management sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the FMCG and B2B markets, particularly in Hygiene & Cleaning services. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive growth and establish strong customer relationships across the UAE, specifically focusing on Sharjah.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and increase market share in the Facilities Management sector.
2. Identify new business opportunities and nurture relationships with key clients in the FMCG and B2B sectors.
3. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitive landscape, adapting sales strategies accordingly.
4. Train, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives, ensuring they are equipped and motivated to meet sales goals.
5. Monitor sales performance metrics and provide accurate sales forecasts to management.
6. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies and advertising campaigns that resonate with potential clients.
7. Gather feedback from customers and use insights to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
8. Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote brand awareness and network with potential clients.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Proven experience as an Area Sales Manager or similar sales role in the FMCG, B2B, or Facilities Management industries.
2. Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and the ability to create actionable sales strategies.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and team members.
4. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets.
5. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
6. Result-oriented mindset with a strong analytical and problem-solving approach.
