Overview

Kinetic has partnered with a leading electrical manufacturing company that is hiring an Area Sales Manager to be based in Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence.
• Lead and execute the sales initiative within the assigned regions.
• Monitor competitor activities and conduct research to support strategic decision-making and commercial planning.
• Manage distributors by providing guidance and conducting regular business reviews.
• Conduct customer visits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and become the point of contact for the assigned market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in electrical or mechanical engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in an electrical manufacturing company in the UAE.
• Strong network and customer base within the UAE.
• UPS experience is a must; cooling products experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Willingness to travel as required.
