Job Description:

Dr. Scent is looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Area Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in Sharjah. The candidate will be responsible for driving regional sales performance, managing a team of sales representatives, and strengthening customer relationships to support the growth of the brand in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage sales activities within the Sharjah region.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the Sharjah market.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and business partners.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, operations, logistics) to ensure sales goals are achieved.
  • Ensure brand standards and product visibility across all retail points.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and performance analyses to senior management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Experience in fragrance, FMCG, or retail is highly preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of the Sharjah market and customer behavior.
  • Valid UAE driving license and flexibility to travel within the region.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
