Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive international sales strategy for automotive lubricants to increase market share and profitability in target markets.
Research and analyze market trends and competition in international markets to identify potential sales opportunities and develop sales plans accordingly.
Build and maintain strong relationships with international customers, distributors, and partners to establish a network of contacts and generate new business leads.
Develop and negotiate sales agreements and contracts with international customers and partners.
Identify and assess the risks and challenges of doing business in different international markets and develop appropriate risk management strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and product development, to ensure that products meet the needs of international customers and are competitive in international markets.
Monitor and analyze sales performance data to measure the success of sales strategies, identify areas for improvement, and adjust sales plans as needed.
Manage the sales team responsible for international sales, including hiring, training, and performance management.
Develop and manage the sales budget for international markets, including forecasting and reporting on sales revenues and expenses.
Ensure compliance with international laws and regulations governing the sale and distribution of automotive lubricants, such as import/export laws, product safety standards, and environmental regulations.
Travel to international markets to attend trade shows, meet with customers and partners, and establish a presence in new markets.
Maintain awareness of industry trends, emerging technologies, and changing customer needs in international markets, and adjust sales strategies and product offerings accordingly.
