As the Area Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving qualitative revenue generation and business development for the brand across the Middle East and Africa. You will act as a brand ambassador, building strong, long-term partnerships with retailers and local sales teams. Your focus will be on providing continuous support and exceptional service to your accounts, contributing to the overall strategic plan, achieving sales targets, and fostering growth opportunities.

  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Participate in strategic planning, develop action plans per partner, and prepare sales forecasts.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Monitor account performance, implement strategies to maximize sales, and manage stock allocation.
  • Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with retailers, ensure effective communication, and conduct regular market visits.
  • Training & Events: Organize and conduct training sessions to enhance product knowledge and coordinate brand participation in events.
  • Assortment & Merchandising: Review assortment per door, implement merchandising and POS materials.
  • Financial Oversight: Follow up on payments, credit limit compliance, and implement incentive programs.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Analyze stock and sell-out reports, perform pricing benchmarks, and provide reports to management.

  • A minimum of 3 years of successful experience in a similar Area Sales Manager position.
  • Strong knowledge of business practices in the Middle East and Africa.

  • A consultant mindset with the ability to analyze issues, recommend solutions, and implement change.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluency in Arabic is a plus.
