Remuneration: Attractive open-ended commission-based role with a monthly retainer paid in Year 1

We are a leading British designer and manufacturer of high-quality cabinet handles for the kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and contract markets (hotels and cruise ships). Established for 150 years, our products are sold worldwide, including in the USA, Japan, Australia, and Europe.

To support our export growth, we seek motivated, results-driven Sales Agents to help establish our brand in the UAE and Saudi markets.

Job Summary:

As an independent Sales Agent, you will drive new business by identifying and developing contacts. This commission-based role rewards closing sales and company growth. Responsibilities include establishing relationships, understanding client needs, and guiding procurement.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and research potential targets such as kitchen manufacturers, showrooms, bedroom furniture manufacturers, hotel and cruise clients, and interior designers within your territory.
  2. Contact potential clients via appointments, phone, email, networking, and social media to generate interest.
  3. Develop strong relationships, understand client requirements, and offer suitable solutions.
  4. Present products using provided high-quality samples.
  5. Coordinate with our Export team to meet packaging and delivery requirements.
  6. Monitor market trends and competitors; liaise with Marketing.
  7. Meet or exceed sales targets.
  8. Provide feedback to sales and marketing teams about market insights and initiatives.
Remuneration:

This role is commission-based with uncapped earning potential. Monthly commissions are paid based on invoiced sales. A retainer of 8,000 AED per month is provided for the first 12 months to help establish your network.

Candidate Profile:

We seek an experienced sales professional knowledgeable about the KBB markets in the UAE. You should be a self-starter with an interest in interiors, experienced in selling to interior designers, showrooms, and furniture manufacturers. Knowledge of the UAE hotel sector is a plus. The ideal candidate is energetic, skilled in negotiation, and customer-focused.
