Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead our sales team, develop strategic sales plans, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, a track record of achieving sales targets, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Responsible for day-to-day operations of the company.
  2. Report to AVP daily on important issues.
  3. Coordinate with all the UFS Group Brands.
  4. Direct contact with all company vendors.
  5. Work on the Brands Pricelist.
  6. Provide project calculation profit margin.
  7. Main contact for UFS Factories.
  8. Assist the department heads in carrying out marketing daily activities.
  9. Plan and coordinate any product launching or product development.
  10. Coordinate with promotional & product artwork.
  11. Assist Logistics Head to process shipping documents, orders & dispatches.

Strong knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics tools.

Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
