Job description

Job Title: Area Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead our sales team, develop strategic sales plans, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, a track record of achieving sales targets, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company.
  2. Report to AVP daily on important issues.
  3. Coordinate with all UFS Group Brands.
  4. Maintain direct contact with all company vendors.
  5. Work on the Brands Pricelist.
  6. Provide project calculation profit margins.
  7. Serve as the main contact for UFS Factories.
  8. Assist in marketing and coordination activities.
  9. Support department heads in daily marketing activities.
  10. Plan and coordinate product launches and development.
  11. Coordinate promotional activities and product artwork.
  12. Assist Logistics Head with processing shipping documents, orders, and dispatches.
  13. Utilize CRM software and sales analytics tools effectively.
  14. Demonstrate excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  15. Work efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines.
  16. Apply strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
