About the team

If so, Amazon Ultra Fast Grocery (UFG) operations is seeking an experienced Operations Lead with a proven track record of achieving results. We aim to hire a Manager to join a team that redefines fast delivery, helping us build and operate this new service for our customers and oversee 3P Store Operations.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2 years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays
• Degree in logistics, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent qualification
• Strong team player who thrives in collaborative environments
• Motivational leader with problem-solving and analytical skills, capable of conducting deep process analyses
• Quick thinker able to act decisively in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work flexible schedules and shifts, committed to completing assigned tasks
• At least 1 year of experience in performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques
• Degree in Engineering, Operations, or Supply Chain is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments
• Proficiency in analytical work and motivating others under deadlines
• Basic understanding of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
