What you'll do:

Join Team noon, comprised of some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest-working people. With a young, aggressive, and talented team, you'll drive major missions forward.

  1. Manage a large cluster of dark stores.
  2. Lead and motivate a team of Assistant Managers, Supervisors, Team Leaders, and other on-ground positions.
  3. Assist in resource planning and budgeting.
  4. Lead daily meetings to ensure operational consistency.
  5. Attract and recruit top talent.
  6. Ensure key performance indicators are met across dark stores, focusing on:
  • Inventory hygiene
  • Customer experience
  • Speed
  • Quality control

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • At least 6 years of experience in Q-commerce or related areas.
  • Strong experience in business partnership, delivering decision support, and enabling strategic initiatives to improve financial performance.
  • Excellent analytical skills and business acumen.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
