We’re seeking an Area Manager to join our dynamic Fulfillment Center. Our Fulfillment Centers are at the heart of Amazon’s rapidly growing operations network: they manage our fast-moving inventory and develop industry-leading workflows. Our teams handle tasks such as stowing deliveries, picking products, packaging, and shipping — each playing a vital role in our success.

About the role and responsibilities:
You will be responsible for managing one of the main teams in your FC: receive, stow, pick, pack, or ship. Along with your peers, you’ll ensure all workflows run smoothly and that customer expectations are met or exceeded.
You will lead a team of approximately 80 to 120 associates, driving their training, integration, motivation, and performance. You’ll exercise sound judgment to ensure progress and KPI targets are achieved.
