- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) such as sales, profitability, food quality and customer satisfaction, taking necessary actions to address any areas of concern.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Implement and maintain standardized operating procedures to optimize efficiency and consistency across all outlets.
- Recruit, train and mentor Supervisor, PIC and staff, ensuring a high level of competency and professionalism.
- Provide guidance and support to Supervisor, PIC and staffs, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Conduct performance evaluations, identify areas of improvement, and implement appropriate training and development programs.
- Ensure proper staffing levels across all outlets, effectively managing schedules and labour costs.
- Develop and manage annual budgets for each outlet, monitoring expenses, revenue and profitability.
- Analyse financial reports, identify trends and implement strategies to improve financial performance.
- Review and approve purchase orders, invoices, and payroll, ensuring accuracy and adherence to budgetary guidelines.
- Collaborate with the Finance department to forecast sales, set pricing strategies, and achieve revenue targets.
- Maintain a customer-centric approach, ensuring a consistently exceptional dining experience across all outlets.
- Address customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally, implementing measures to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Monitor online reviews and feedback, taking appropriate actions to address issues and enhance the outlet's reputation.
