About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Outlet Manager to join the Beach Operations team in Jumeirah Al Qasr. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

  • Oversees daily outlet operations to ensure service standards, guest satisfaction, and SOP compliance while supporting the Outlet Manager in business growth.
  • Maintains guest engagement, builds relationships with regulars, and manages accurate guest records to enhance personalized service.
  • Manages resources and inventory, ensures timely supply orders, and safeguards cash and documentation per company policy.
  • Supports financial accountability by understanding budgets, general ledgers, forecasting, and controlling labor and expenses to maximize profitability.
  • Assumes full responsibility in the Outlet Manager’s absence, handling escalations, compliance, and team supervision including rosters and grooming standards.
  • Drives team development through training, performance appraisal, motivation, and alignment with brand knowledge, ethics, and hygiene regulations.

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Two years of experience in the same role with a strong F&B background in a 5-star luxury property or a standalone/branded beach club.
  • Proficient in English and a second language (Russian or European languages are desirable).
  • Good financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, cost control, and increasing profitability.
  • Experience working in a multi-cultural environment.
