About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for an Executive (National Talent) to join the Concierge team at Jumeirah Al Qasr. The main duties and responsibilities include:

• Delivering professional and personalized guest service while supporting daily Concierge operations.
• Providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintaining and updating departmental databases and digital platforms accurately and promptly.
• Coordinating front office needs such as stationery, equipment maintenance, and guest amenities.
• Monitoring purchase requests, tracking inventory, and coordinating supplies.
• Supporting team coordination, internal communication, and positive guest or stakeholder interactions.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

• UAE National with a Family Book as per government requirements.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role at a 5-star hotel; guest-facing experience is advantageous.
• A Diploma in Hotel Operations or Hotel Management.
• Fluency in English, both oral and written.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
