Job summary

The position requires rigorous documentation, regular reporting, and collaboration with residents, inspectors, and stakeholders to ensure on-time progress and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with contract drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and report deviations or issues to the Resident Engineer.
• Verify contractor compliance with approved drawings, method statements, and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, inspectors, and stakeholders to ensure timely progress and resolution of issues.
• Participate in technical and progress meetings and document outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records of daily construction activities, including inspection reports, labor logs, and progress updates.
• Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports for project tracking and quality assurance.
• Ensure all construction work adheres to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and report on safety compliance in coordination with HSE staff.
• Support QA/QC activities including inspection and testing as per the project's quality plan.
• Review shop drawings, RFIs, ITPs, and material submittals.
• Assist in constructability reviews and provide feedback on design documents.

Job Description
