Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an talented ARE - Landscape to join our team!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Possess extensive knowledge of softscape (plantation) types and their requirements.
• Review landscape and irrigation network technical design packages and provide comments.
• Review and comment on landscape and irrigation network engineering submittals (shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, etc.).
• Prepare reports, manuals, and guideline documents related to landscape issues as required by the client.
• Support the Construction Supervision team and oversee landscape construction services as a PMC representative.
• Liaise with Landscape Design Consultants and Contractors.
• Coordinate with other disciplines such as Engineers, Mechanical and Electrical Engineers, Architects, etc.
• Attend weekly/monthly meetings regarding landscape and HSSE issues.
• Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure smooth handover of landscape assets upon project completion.
• Contribute landscape input to weekly/monthly reports.
• Ensure timely review of all documents submitted by the Consultant and/or Contractor.
• Notify the Team Leader of any potential delays in project milestones.
• Participate in site safety training and adhere to all safety protocols.
• Provide on-site direction and assist the Construction Manager with site instructions for landscaping, irrigation, and related items.
• Check and measure work performed, record progress, and assist in displaying progress versus schedule.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of ‘As-Built’ drawings.
• Conduct site inspections and suggest improvements for aesthetics and landscaping works.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Civil, or Agricultural Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 12+ years of experience in design and construction supervision of Landscape and Irrigation projects, preferably in UAE.
• Experience with large-scale projects is required.
• Proven management capabilities.
• Strong knowledge of engineering and construction processes, with good communication skills.
• Expertise in Construction Health, Safety, Environmental, and Sustainability standards.
• Knowledge of international and local authority standards and statutory requirements.
